Return Policy

A return authorization must be obtained prior to returning goods.  Non-warranty related returns must be returned within 30 days from receipt of merchandise, in the original packaging.  All returned or refused products are subject to inspection upon delivery.  All returned or refused items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Shipping charges on all returns must be prepaid.  SMI will issue a credit for net cost of goods less restocking fee (and any remaining shipping charges if applicable).  No returns will be authorized for non-standard (custom) products.
