1-Year Limited Warranty

Under correct use and normal operating conditions, SMI products are warranted for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment from SMI, to be free from defects in material and workmanship.  If within one (1) year from receipt of merchandise you find any defect in material or workmanship, you can count on us to make it right with fast warranty service.

SMI’s obligation shall be limited to exchange or repair of any component that proves to be defective.  This warranty does not cover abuse, loss, improper handling, alteration, misuse, neglect, or normal wear.  This warranty also does not cover finishes.

To obtain warranty service, return your product to SMI.  Depending on the product defect, we will decide whether to repair or replace it.  No variations, upgrades or refunds are offered.

Purchaser is responsible for shipping costs to SMI.  When you return the product, be sure to use an insured shipping method.  We cannot be responsible for items that do not reach us, or damages that occur during shipping.
